Refund Policy

At Blink and Boujee, we strive for 100% satisfaction with your eyelash extension services. Due to the artistic, highly personalized, and nature of cosmetic services, we adhere to the following policies regarding refunds and service guarantees.

1. No Refunds on Services Rendered

All services provided are non-refundable.

As professional eyelash extension application is a service that requires time, expertise, and high-cost materials, we cannot issue refunds for the cost of the service once it has been completed.

If you are dissatisfied with your service, please refer to our Service Guarantee (Section 2) for resolution.

2. Service Guarantee and Adjustments

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a guarantee period for touch-ups and fixes:

2.1 48-Hour Guarantee Window

If you experience any excessive lash loss (e.g., more than 50% of the newly applied lashes on one eye) or severe discomfort that you believe is due to the application process, you must contact us within 48 hours of your original appointment time.

2.2 Complimentary Fix

Upon notification within the 48-hour window, we will assess the issue. If the cause is determined to be the application technique or product malfunction, we will schedule a complimentary 30-minute touch-up appointment at your location to correct the issue free of charge.

2.3 Exclusions from Guarantee

The 48-hour guarantee does not cover:

  • Adverse Reactions: Allergic reactions (swelling, redness) that manifest after the service. If you experience an allergic reaction, you must seek medical attention immediately. While we cannot refund the service cost, we will remove the extensions free of charge.

  • Poor Aftercare: Shedding or retention issues caused by failure to follow the provided aftercare instructions (e.g., getting lashes wet within 24 hours, using oil-based products).

  • Change of Mind: Decisions to remove lashes or change style after the service is complete.

3. Policy on Deposits and Fees

3.1 Deposits (Non-Refundable)

The deposit paid to secure your appointment is non-refundable. It is only transferrable to a rescheduled appointment if at least 24 hours' notice is provided (see Terms and Conditions).

3.2 Travel Fees

Any calculated travel fees are paid for the logistics and time associated with getting to your location. Travel fees are non-refundable once the service provider is en route to or has arrived at your location.

4. Product Sales

If Blink and Boujee sells retail aftercare products (e.g., lash cleansers, brushes):

  • Retail Products: Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

  • Opened Products: For sanitary reasons, opened or used retail products are non-refundable.
