Welcome to Blink and Boujee! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile eyelash extension services provided by Blink and Boujee ("we," "us," or "our") based in Portmore, St. Catherine, Jamaica.
By booking an appointment or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description
​
1.1 Mobile Service Model
Blink and Boujee operates exclusively as a mobile service. We travel to the Client’s specified location in and around the Portmore area and designated travel zones to perform the services.

1.2 Travel and Service Zones
We service clients within a predefined travel radius of Portmore.

Travel Fee: A travel fee, determined at the time of booking, may apply based on the distance from our Portmore base to your service location.

Service Requirement: The client must ensure the specified location is safe, accessible, and provides adequate free parking (or cover related costs).

2. Booking, Payment, and Scheduling
​
2.1 Deposit Requirement
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit of [Specify Deposit Amount or Percentage, e.g., JMD $2,000 or 50%] to secure the booking. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of the service. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service.

2.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via [List accepted methods, e.g., Cash (JMD), Bank Transfer, specified mobile payment apps].

2.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling

Client Cancellation/Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

If notice is given before the 24-hour window, the deposit will be credited to the rescheduled appointment (must be rebooked within 30 days).

If notice is given less than 24 hours prior, the deposit is forfeited.

Service Provider Cancellation: In the rare event we must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, vehicle issues), we will notify you immediately. Your deposit will be fully refunded or credited to your rescheduled appointment at your preference.

2.4 No-Show Policy
If the Client is unavailable or absent at the agreed-upon location at the time of the appointment, this is considered a No-Show. The full deposit will be forfeited, and we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

2.5 Late Arrivals
If we arrive at the client’s location and the client is late for the start of the service, the service time will be reduced accordingly to ensure we can maintain the schedule for subsequent clients. The service price will remain the same.

3. Client Responsibilities (Mobile Service Environment)
​
The client is responsible for ensuring the following conditions are met at the service location:

3.1 Clean and Safe Environment
​
The Client must provide a clean, quiet, and well-lit area free from disturbances (e.g., loud pets, children, or other activities) for the duration of the service (typically 1.5 to 3 hours).
​
3.2 Required Furniture
The client must provide a comfortable, clean, and stable surface for the service, such as a recliner, clean sofa, or a bed, allowing the service provider easy access to the client’s head area.
​
3.3 Preparation
The client must arrive at the appointment with clean lashes, free of any mascara, eyeliner, or residue. Failure to do so will require a mandatory lash bath (cleaning fee of [Specify Fee, e.g., JMD $1,000]) which may reduce the available lashing time.

4. Health, Safety, and Aftercare
​
4.1 Consultation and Disclosure
The Client must fully and truthfully disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies (especially eye or adhesive allergies), and previous reactions to cosmetic products during the mandatory consultation process.

4.2 Patch Tests
We strongly recommend a patch test for new clients at least 48 hours before the full service. The client assumes all risk if they decline the patch test.

4.3 Guarantee and Maintenance
Due to factors outside our control (client aftercare, natural lash cycle), we offer a 48-hour touch-up period. If you experience excessive shedding (more than 50% loss per eye) within 48 hours of the service, please contact us immediately for a complimentary fix. After 48 hours, any service is considered a fill and will be charged accordingly.

5. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
​
5.1 Service Risk
The Client acknowledges that all cosmetic services, including eyelash extensions, carry inherent risks, including but not limited to, irritation, swelling, or allergic reaction. By receiving the service, the Client accepts these risks.

5.2 Limitation of Liability
Blink and Boujee, its owner, and its affiliates will not be held liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or adverse reactions arising directly or indirectly from the service, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the service provided.

5.3 Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blink and Boujee from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from the Client's breach of these Terms or the Client's failure to disclose health information.
​
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica, and any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Your continued use of the services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
